A key part of realising this vision is through active, church-connected ministry within two of our local aged care villages, including the RSL ANZAC Village (the 'War Vets').
The Position:
We are seeking to employ a godly and gifted Village Chaplain who, together with the Senior Chaplain and wider chaplaincy team, will be responsible for meaningful, gospel-centered, pastoral care services including a listening presence, care and support to residents, their families, and staff, with a special response to loneliness, anxiety, stress, pain, and grief.

Remuneration is provided in accordance with the Anglican Church of Sydney’s guidelines for stipend and allowances. This is a full-time role with your ministry focus exclusively in the village, however, the role reports to the Senior Pastor of St Faith’s Anglican Church. There is also an opportunity to be housed in the RSL Lifecare Village which can be discussed with the Senior Pastor at the time of application.
