About the Role:
- Coordinates marketing activities and campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM automation.
- Creates engaging content and oversees social media management.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on various projects.
- Plans and optimises digital advertising efforts using data-driven tools and insights.
- Provides design and creative support to enhance MCβs marketing initiatives.
- The role is part-time (30.4 hrs/wk; 4 days) or full-time (38 hrs/wk; 5 days).
Essential Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter):
- A qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, with at least 3-5 yearsβ experience.
- Experience in planning and coordinating marketing activities.
- Experience using CRM and email marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and content management systems.
- Copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A creative, adaptable thinker committed to innovation and continuous professional development.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations.
- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, Pardot (highly desirable), or demonstrated willingness/aptitude to learn quickly.
- Experience with basic graphic design using drag-and-drop software like Canva.
- Familiar with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website user experience best practices.
